ES Teacher (expired)

A private school in Toyama city is looking to hire an experienced English teacher for it's new elementary school scheduled to open in April 2018; the selected candidate will be granted the opportunity to work at its junior high school during the April 2017 - March 2018 school year, but will transfer to its newly opened elementary school the following school eyar.

Monday - Friday
0800-1630
*Some Saturdays may be required for school events (Open campus, etc.)
*Coverage of summer school classes

- Solo-teaching for classes of about 20 students, including returnees
- Curriculum, Textbooks, & Lesson plans/materials provided (Grapeseed)

This is a fantastic opportunity to live & work within the beautiful surroundings of Toyama prefecture. Only qualified native English speakers who are looking to commit long-term will be considered for initial interviews (to take place at our office in Shinjuku). Ideal candidates include dedicated elementary school teachers with some experience teaching at the JHS level.
Strengths should include classroom management skills and the ability to work within the guidelines & policies of the school and established curriculum.
