EAL Specialist (expired)

Kinder Kids International is currently expanding our EAL (English as an additional language) program, "iiKids", near JR Bentencho station in Osaka. We want to give young children a great start in English Education, even if they have not attended an International School! We also have opportunities to go to elementary schools and show them our great program!

We believe that if young children are having fun and are actively involved in the learning process, they will have a passion for learning itself. Much more productive than sitting in a fish bowl looking at flashcards!

Our EAL program allows children to not only learn English but also a range of other skills as well, such as science, cooking and team games to name a few.

We are looking for dedicated part time staff to join our full time team to support the learning of practical and useful English for our students. Lessons are conducted on weekends (Saturdays) and week day afternoons.

The hours available are varied with some flexibility;

Tuesday to Friday 15:00 - 18:30 (2000-2500 yen per hour)
Saturday 08:30 - 12:00 (2500 yen per hour) or 09:30 - 6:30 (2,500Yen per hour)

Other options may be available to please so et us know when you are available to work in your application.

This position is ideally suited to people with working holiday visa's and people who desire a part time schedule, although we can accommodate any combination up to 30 hours per week.

Applicants should be physically fit and be prepared to be active participants in our classes, our project name is 'Active English Stage', its even in our name.

Classes on offer include, Cooking, Sports, Rock Climbing, Dance and many others all in English using a target language.
