【Playtime School in Ebisu】 Assistant Teacher position

We are seeking a friendly and creative individual who can support our lead teachers in an assistant teaching role in our school in Ebisu, Shibuya-ku.

Our main classes are Phonics and Conversation classes based on STEAM.
We also provide private lessons, Mommy and Me, Pre-Kinder, and Adult classes.

Job Description/Responsibilities
- Support leading teachers
- Support students
- Greet students
- Update/Share information of classes with other teachers and staff
- Support in running the school smoothly
- Support in running of summer school smoothly
- Take pictures of classes for school newsletter and SNS

Requirements
- Experience with teaching English
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Degree in related field
- Teaching experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Valid visa to work as a teacher

Salary (based on experience and/or degree)
- 1,200yen ～ /hour

Working Hours
- Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Saturdays from 8:30am to 13:30pm
- (Summer School) Tuesday to Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm (19 July - 27 August)

Those available for Summer School will be given preference.
Having Hoikuen/pre-school experience will be very beneficial.
