We are looking for an experienced designer with strong graphic and motion graphic design experience to join our growing mobile marketing team based in Tokyo.

■ JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Graphic Designer you will be tasked with creating images and animations to be used as social media advertising creative, in addition to app store screenshots and in-game banners for our variety of games.
Working alongside the marketing manager and graphic design team, your responsibilities will also include proposing and delivering strong promotional and engagement strategies focused on user acquisition and retention.
■ REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent graphic design and motion graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects experience necessary)
Graphic Design Experience: 1 year (preferred)
High communication skills in English
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred)
Strong writing and proofreading skills (highly desirable)
■ PREFERRED SKILLS
Fast-working and works well under pressure
Ability to multitask
Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with members across departments
Business-level Japanese and/or proficiency in other languages
Interest in Japanese pop culture and mobile games
