As this is a business leadership coaching position and not strictly a teaching position, we are not necessarily looking for career teachers. We are seeking motivated individuals with some teaching and training experience. Leadership experience is not mandatory, but is a plus.

No matter what your background and experience, all new coaches will receive full training and development before taking on more responsibility so this position is ideal for someone looking for a change or at an early stage of their career.

Remuneration varies depending on the grade of coach. All new joiners will join at the entry program assistant grade while we train you.

Classes are conducted at our headquarters in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

● Part-time and Full-time positions available
● Workdays are Tuesday – Saturday
● Applicant must be able to interview at our headquarters in Minato-ku
● Transportation costs are reimbursed

Desired experience and qualifications
● At least 1 year of teaching or training experience
● Solo and group teaching or training experience
● Bachelor's degree or higher
● Must be positive, friendly, outgoing, open minded, and flexible
● Computer proficiency
● Valid visa
