Part-time English Teacher - Kamakura (expired)

Our schools were small preschools located in Zushi, now relocated to Kamakura and Zushi, Japan. There are only around 40 students in our school. Our curriculum is designed for mainly Japanese students who wish to grow up bilingual. We go about the serious business of learning English from scratch by having fun and using our five senses. Using various activities and games that draw out and cultivate the innate abilities of children, our students learn to do many things that many adults never dare to do.

At Cosmos, we pride ourselves on nourishing children's independent thought, decision making, and excitement at learning English through immersion methods.

We are currently looking for teachers who are available at least 3 days a week 15：20～16：20,16:30-18:00
Once a week, 18:30-20:00.

Lately, we also look for someone who can teach programming to children in English a couple of days a week.

*All or part of the above classes can be offered to the right candidate, and the schedule is subject to change or negotiation

Textbooks will be provided; however, we expect teachers to plan and adapt the materials accordingly.

We are looking for candidates who will be able to commit to our school for at least a year, preferably with experience; however, enthusiasm and the ability to think on one's feet is also valued!

There may be a possibility to teach our preschool children as a substitute.
