Description

AICJ Junior and Senior High School is a privately-funded IB World School accommodating approximately 670 students. In the junior high school we utilize a tailor-made curriculum satisfying the Japanese Ministry of Education’s requirements with a number of the courses in grades 7-9 taught in English in an immersion English environment. Math, music, science, physical education and English are taught by both foreign and Japanese teachers in junior high school. In high school, we operate a dual pathway system whereby students select either the domestic course to prepare for entry into Japanese universities or the internationally recognized IB Diploma Programme. Typically, students who aspire to attend overseas universities select the IB Diploma course.

The school is currently seeking an experienced and highly dedicated teacher for the position of teacher of junior and senior high school English with Economics (depending on qualifications). Please note that this position will initially not be teaching IB classes. The majority of the role will be delivering junior and senior high school English classes.
