The position is an excellent opportunity for a junior firewall and network administrator to improve their skills while supporting a growing environment within the videogames industry. We are looking for someone coming from systems administration or network administration with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar environment. The role will support all operation aspects of the firewalls, network and IT equipment within the production environment to include event management, system upgrades, incident management, and day-to-day operations including on-site and remote troubleshooting on our two Tokyo locations in Kudanshita and Kagurazaka.

Responsibilities:
•Handling Incidents and User requests via our Helpdesk system
•Monitor and remediate any system health concerns of the firewalls, supporting networks and servers within the production environment
•Support maintenance and updates of configuration or recovery documentation for firewalls
•Support improvement of performance and availability standards of the technical solutions through continual service improvement
•Ensure problems, error conditions, and system events are promptly and appropriately addressed
•Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
•Working knowledge of LAN/WAN design, installation and networking
•Candidate must have a team focused and collaborative attitude
•2 + years of experience in network support/administration
•Experience with Microsoft Server troubleshooting
•Experience with VMWare ESXi or virtual appliances
•Experience with Next-Gen firewalls and managed switches. Palo Alto/Sonicwall
•Dell Networking Appliances
•CCNA is ideal but not required
•Great written and verbal communication in English
•Japanese is a plus
