The Utsunomiya Board of Education is now accepting applications from candidates interested in working as an Assistant Language Teacher starting in April. The successful applicant must be available to attend an interview in Utsunomiya.
This position would ideally suit people who would enjoy working in Japanese elementary schools and junior high schools and would like to work in a stable environment as an local government employee. (ALTs will have stayed at the same school for more two years, so you will make good relationship with the students and the teachers.)
Applicants must possess a BA/BS (or equivalent) from a university, have an experience teaching English in Japan or have TESOL/TEFL/CELTA license.
The position is full-time, with a fixed schedule Monday to Friday (no evening, weekend or public holiday shifts).
10days paid leave, 20days sickness and wound leave, Time off during school vacations
(You can receive whole monthly salary in August.)
And the commuting allowance will be paid accoring to the distance from the schools.
