Role Overview:
As the Director of Ivy Prep International School, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to our school community. Reporting to the company, you will oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to advance the mission and vision of Ivy Prep International School.
- Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs, curriculum standards, and educational initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management, to ensure the efficient functioning of the school.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and attract prospective students and families.
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and community stakeholders, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
- Conduct consultations with parents to address their concerns, provide updates on their child's progress, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Plan and oversee team projects and initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage purchasing and procurement processes, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize resources and achieve cost savings.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the school, forecasting objectives and strategies for the next 6 months and beyond.
- Conduct school tours with charisma and enthusiasm, showcasing the unique offerings and value proposition of Ivy Prep International School to prospective families.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
- Experience in educational leadership or school administration, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of educational pedagogy, curriculum development, and assessment practices.
- Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards shared goals.
- Proficiency in office software and technology tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing vision and experience in promoting educational institutions or programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (native level) and business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Business acumen and a strategic perspective, with the ability to balance educational and financial priorities.

Trial Period:
The first three months of employment will serve as a trial period to ensure mutual compatibility and alignment with the goals and values of Ivy Prep International School.
