Pips International School is seeking a highly motivated native English instructor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
The candidate should be capable in problem-solving and basic computer skills.

A passion for caring and educating children at the early development stages and strong communication and teamwork are a must.

　　【Business Contents】

- Teach children, using the Pips education methods in English
- Program planning and execution (programs with music and dance, etc)
- Plan seasonal and traditional events
- English education for Day classes and After classes
- Otherwise, childcare support
- Update SNS feeds on Blog, Facebook, and other SNS services

Even if it is your first time, please be comfortable.

　　【Requirements】

- English : native level
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to work well with children at all levels inside and outside the company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Must like children
◇ Valid visa status is necessary
◇ Experience in child education or childcare is very welcome
◇ Experience of Art, Sports and Music is very welcome too

　　【Salary】
Part time: ¥1,200 / hour～
*Salary growth is in place (depending on your performance and company standing)
Full time: ¥220,000—¥300,000


　　【Working days and time】
Monday-Saturday (3-5 days)

Working time: shift
・8:45-14:15
・14:30-19:00
