当社はインキュベーターやシェーカーなど、理化学機器を専門に製造・販売する企業です。
採用者は、滋賀県草津市野路東にある当社のTラボラトリーで技術者として勤務していただきます。
場合によっては、日本語で書かれた技術資料を読む場合がありますので、ある程度の日本語の読み書きができる必要があります。

採用された場合、知識や経験、資格などに基づき、理化学機器の製造や修理作業、検収作業などを担当していただきますので、何らかの機械（家電など）の製造、修理などの経験を有する方を優遇いたします。
また、海外に納品した製品のメンテナンスのため、インドや中国、東南アジアなどへ出張に行っていただく場合があります。

なお、入社された方には必要な教育訓練や研修を実施いたします。
勤務時間は8:45-17:30（休憩45分）、休日は、土日祝日（週休二日制）および会社休業日です。その他「メモリアルデー」というお休みもございます。

We are a manufacturer of lab equipment like incubators, shakers and so on.
A new recruit will be assigned to the engineering department as an engineer, and your work location will be Kusatsu-city Shiga, Japan.

Since recruit might be requested to read Japanese technical documents in some cases, applicants who are able to read and write Japanese to some degrees are preferred.
A recruit will be occupied with manufacturing, repairing work and product accepting test according to the skills, knowledge and qualification, so it is preferred that applicants have some experience and knowledge about lab equipment or electrical devices, including home appliance.
Also, we would like a new recruit to visit our customers in China or Southeast Asia for installed product maintenance.
Of course, we provide sufficient training, if necessary.

Office hour is from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM (8 hours, break time during lunch is 45 minutes)
close on Saturday, Sunday (Two days off every week)
Japanese national holidays, summer holidays, year-end holidays. What we call “Memorial Holiday” is given besides those holidays.
