<Regarding BestBuddy>
BestBuddy is a new type of service which provides after-school care for kids aged 3-12.
Our mission is to introduce the GLOBAL WAY to Kids so they will grow up to play an active role in the world.
Our policy is to nurture kids in a comfortable English-speaking environment where they can listen to and speak English in a natural way.
With native English speaking staff, we aim to make a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for the kids so that they can enjoy learning English.
Staff enjoy playing with the kids and being a part of our friendly, teamwork focused work environment.
Our campuses are located on the Denentoshi-Line, easy access for those living in Tokyo.
BestBuddy is the perfect place for those who love to spend time with kids.

<Salary>
Monthly basic rate: 250,000yen- 350,000yen
This is 40h/week shift.
Rate is negotiable based on your career/experience/shift etc.

<Company Benefit>
All staff will receive a transportation allowance.
Depending on your performance and the possession of an appropriate Visa, you may become a full time staff member eligible for health insurance.
We can support you to get the appropriate Visa if required.

<Work time >
Work is typically from Monday to Friday 13:00-19:00, and Saturday pre-kids classes from 9:00-15:00.
There is no work during national holidays and Sunday.
And you can take two days off a week.
You can select 40 hours/week shifts.
Shift times are very flexible so please do not hesitate to ask us (8 hours shifts/week or 20 hours/week shift or 30 hours/week etc).
We also have special events such as overseas camps during August (Australia, USA so on), as well as local field trips during Summer, Spring and Winter school breaks (bowling, picnics, theme parks).
We arrange work shifts at least one month in advance.

<Example of Daily work>
-Provide kids with interesting and fun experiences
-Design your own programs and activities for the kid`s various English levels
-Enjoy playing in the park, making craft, reading books and enjoying afternoon tea together.
-Monday to Friday afternoon classes are for kids aged 6-12, Saturday morning classes are for kids aged 3-6 years old.

-Have a great creativity in making unique programs and activities
-Are willing to work as a team
-Are interested in English education for kids

<Qualifications>
-Native level English (No Japanese OK)
-Experience working at pre-school/after-school/English conversation school/international school are preferable
-Teacher’s license for nursery/kindergarten/elementary school/any child care license are preferable.
-No experience OK
