SOHO30 has a new and exciting growth opportunity for the right candidate. Located in Nihonbashi, SOHO30 is a community where people of all ages can live, work and learn freely. Each function is linked, with learning an intrinsic part of living. SOHO30 aims to provide a platform for this way of life, to create more fulfilling and diverse days.

In addition to a working and living space, an International Academy provides local patrons and students a place to foster their curiosity. Within this space, a cafe and meeting area will offer a diverse range of cuisines from all around the world. Built together with like-minded individuals of over 30 countries, SOHO30 offers a place that is diverse in every respect.

Role Overview:

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized and excited by the prospect of joining a new venture from the beginning. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the startup of the community cafe, and daily operations thereafter. A genuine interest in world cultures is essential, as well as fostering a community atmosphere. The role will include all aspects of the startup of the cafe, as well as the day-to-day managerial duties.

A Successful candidate is/has:

Bilingual in Japanese and English.
A creative thinker and natural problem solver.
Interested in developing their career goals and growing with an expanding company.
Able to show initiative and take responsibility.
Good organizational skills.
Able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience in a Food & Beverage environment is preferred but not necessary.

Benefits:

¥300 000 a month + transport fee
