If you have work experience at Nursery, Pre-School, or international schools, we would love to meet you.
We have a basic curriculum, however, learning speed is totally up to children. We have to keep pace with them in order for them to feel English is fun!
Needs to have more than two references in your resume.
Work experience with kids and children for more than 1 year.
“Teamwork”, communication, dedication, and work ethics are prior skills to work here.

Opening and Closing time: 8 hours working schedule from 8:30 to 17:30.
If work is more than 8 hours, at least more than 60 min. of Rest period. (6 hours, at least 45 min.)
V. Days off
Regular days off: Every Sunday and national holiday. Additional days off: 1 day per week.
1)Annual paid leave: Those working continuously for 6 months or more, 10 days.
2)Substitute days off: Yes
Paid: Those working continuously for 1 year or more, 7 days to round trip for your home country. (once a year based on the promise for working the next 1 year)
1) Basic pay: Monthly wage (200,000 Yen)
2) Amount and calculation method for allowances
① Oversea Allowances (15,000 Yen~50,000/month)
② Duties Allowance (10,000~50,000 Yen/month)
③ Perfect Attendance Allowance (10,000 Yen with no absence.)
④ Resident Allowance (22,000 Yen/month)

4) Closing day of payroll: 1st day to the last day of every month
5) Payday: next 25th of every month
6) Method of wage payment: Directly to your Bank Account
7) Deduction from wages in accordance with labor-management agreement (Yes)
8) Wage raise: Every June-July with the evaluation of your attitudes for work, commitment, and so on.
9) Bonus: Yes. Every June and December. However, it depends on performance.
