PLANETS Co., Ltd, is the company operating ”teamLab Planets” in Toyosu, Tokyo, a museum where you walk through water, and a garden where you become one with the flowers. There are four massive exhibition spaces and two gardens. . We are currently hiring English speaking operation staff.

Over half of our visitors are coming from abroad, so we really need your help! We seek to hire operating teams of 25 - 40 English speaking members in this time.

The concept of ”teamLab Planets” is Body Immersive. Visitors enjoy an awe-inspiring tactile experience through immersion into several huge art installations.

You would be working in the artwork spaces, meaning that your work is continually fresh and exciting, and that you too can enjoy the immersive experience alongside our guests.

<Responsibilities>
・Tickets reception
・Provide information as a guide for foreign visitors at each installation
・Basic care for facilities by helping to clean and maintain the equipment, etc.

<Requirements>
・Business-level English
・Conversational-level Japanese
・Valid Work Visa

<Working days and hours>
・Shift schedule: from at least 3 days / week, 4 hours or more per day depending on your availability in the range below:
　・Days: Sunday - Saturday
　・Hours:
　　　-Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 8:00pm
　　　-Saturday, days before public holidays, and the busy season: 8:30am - 10:00pm
　　　-Sunday and public holidays: 8:30am - 8:00pm
＊Working hours may vary depending on operation situation.


It's possible to work Saturday and Sunday only, or a full 5 days a week. So please inquire.

<Salary>
・¥1,200〜 / hour

＊After being promoted to a leader, there is a raise in pay. At this time, over 20 staff are already working as leaders too.
＊During initial training period (100 working hours), hourly wage is ¥1,050.
