We are looking for social, friendly people to work at the Front Desk of our hotel chain. Experience life in traditional or modern Japan with locations throughout Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Front Desk Staff start with competitive pay, and up to 10 days paid holiday dependent on time of entry. Work the early morning shift, afternoon shift, or evening shift. No late-night shift required. English: Business level for both writing and speaking
Japanese: Business level for both writing and speaking

<Responsibilities>
・ Manage all check in and out
・ Assists and support all guest experience initiated at the property such as introduce recommend sightseeing spot and restaurants.
・ Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible.
・ Answering calls and emails.
・ Manages the cash under his/her responsibility

<Location>
Tokyo
( We are also looking for someone who can work at Kyoto or Osaka )

<Work hours >
Routine of 3 work shift schedules
7am - 4pm
9am - 6pm
1pm - 10pm

< Salary >
Annual salary : 200,000yen ~ ( Based on experience)
6 months probation periods

< BENEFITS>
Holidays :117 days
Annual Leave : 10days for 1st year.
Other leave : Paid leave, Condolences leave etc.
Bonus : Twice per year based on performance
Salary Review : Twice per year based on performance
Insurance : Health insurance / social insurance/ employment insurance
Commute transportation expense : Support up to 30,000JPY
Visa sponsorship : Yes
