Full-Time Corporate Trainer

Berkeley Professional is currently seeking a skilled, energetic professional trainer who is passionate about human resource development. An individual who will provide expertise to enable employees and executives to maximize their full potential and enhance their value as a business professional in a global setting.

Our clients include blue-chip Japanese companies, multi-national corporations, government organizations etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
・Instruct classes/seminars based on BP material as well as original material

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Our ideal candidate will be someone with the following characteristics:
・A native English speaker
・An individual with extensive business background who possess excellent skills in, but not limited to:
 Negotiation
 Presentation
 Logical Communication
 Global Understanding
・Extensive experience as a corporate trainer in Japan or at Japanese organizations.
・Experience conducting seminars and intensive corporate courses
・Possess an MBA
・Possess highly developed analytical thinking skills
・Ability and experience creating proposals and curricula related to corporate training and business skills a plus
・A team player
・Japanese proficiency is not required but is a plus

WORK DAYS:
・5 Days a Week Monday ~ Friday

WORK HOURS:
・Average of 8 hours per day
*Times negotiable
*May be subject to change according to assignments

LOCATION:
・Berkeley House Language Center – Ichigaya, Tokyo
*Our clients' venues are mainly in Tokyo/Saitama/Kanagawa/Chiba area

REMUNERATION:
4,200,000yen~/year plus performance based annual bonus
*Salary negotiable based on background and credentials
