描述

Sekai He Bokan is a growing international digital marketing company based in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, that provides outbound web marketing and consulting services to Japanese clients seeking to grow their market share in English-speaking countries. Current clients include leading Japanese companies in the hospitality, food, entertainment, merchandise, manufacturing, and culture fields.

We are looking to expand our team with the addition of a productive and talented SEM Account Manager who will be responsible for handling the day-to-day performance of AdWords accounts and Facebook promotions of varying sizes and budgets across multiple industries and fields; identifying untapped markets and keyword themes, and using data and insights to identify opportunities for account optimization. Beyond having a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, we are looking for a person who is passionate about paid online marketing and spreading Japanese culture, products and services to the rest of the world.

Since our office uses English for internal communications, Japanese language skills are not required though special consideration will be given to candidates who can effectively communicate account performance and insights in Japanese.

Responsibilities
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine and SNS marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Manage account performance reporting and analysis
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements
• Fluent English language skills
• Minimum 1 year onsite work experience in the SEM industry
• Minimum 6 months remaining on a valid Work Visa
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other paid marketing channels
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM
• Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Flexible attitude in appropriately handling client requests

Desirable Skills
• Japanese language skills are not required, but are considered very useful
• Experience with shopping data feeds and feed management tools is highly valued
• Experience running successful campaigns on a variety of SNS channels in addition to Facebook (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
• UX / UI design experience
• HTML/CSS, Javascript, Adobe Creative Suite
• SEO
• Adwords Editor


Job Information

Salary: ¥208,00–320,000
Part-Time Trial Period: 3 Months
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–6:00; 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Allowances: Daily transportation, education materials
Paid Holidays: 10 days paid leave after 1 year of full-time employment
Unpaid Holidays: Weekends, national holidays, New Year’s vacation
Visa Sponsorship: Available to qualified candidates after 6 months employment
