• Performers will receive additional compensation.

The Tokyo Fight Club Bar [TFC] hosts live fights, dancers, magicians, and other performers.
With its cool, urban atmosphere, and top-class talent, TFC attracts customers from all over the world. For this reason, we need dedicated hall staff to welcome, assist, and serve tourists and English-speaking clientele. Individuals with a friendly demeanor, knowledge of Japan life, and prior customer service experience are highly desired.

If you're interested, hired hall staff may also be given the opportunity to perform and act on stage when schedules allow. Dancing, magic shows, and other types of performances are all welcome! On top of the base salary, monetary compensation will be offered for additional work and services done as a performer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities...

Greet and welcome customers
Handle money and tabs from customers
Serve food and drinks to customers
Inform customers about shows, deals, and other venue promotions/services
Help maintain a fun, exciting atmosphere
Clean and maintain the facilities
Follow directions from management
Perform live for customers, if you desire (not necessary)

Qualifications...

Business-level English
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills in English
Able to follow established work procedures
Must have a valid work visa [Students / Working Holiday OK for this unique Shibuya experience!]

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the fields of customer service, tourism/hospitality, and performing arts.
