描述
We seek Internship Consultants to support international candidates coming to Tokyo on internships. Participants are mostly university students and young working professionals.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end the internship recruitment from a variety of industries.
• Candidate Consultation: working in a team environment, assess the skills, experiences and suitability of job applicants regards to position requirements
• Company Management: work with a variety of companies
• Program Development: help generate new business leads and contacts using your business acumen and knowledge of your industry sector and market
• Internship Arrangements/Supports: resume, cover letter, personal statement, interviewing, etc.
• Local Support: advising on life style, providing emergency support
• Liaise – maintain good relations with students, host companies, and internship employers, attend organizing exchange parties
