特許事務所のスタッフとして、外国の特許事務所とのやりとり(E-mail、FAX、電話)、また日本特許庁に提出する書類の作成補助をしていただきます。その他、法定期限の管理や、請求書・見積書の作成、営業補助(ニュースレターの作成等)を担当していただきます。勤務時間は9:30-18:30、土日祝休みです。採用から3か月間は試用期間となります。交通費全額支給。有給休暇・賞与あり、社会保険完備。
We are a small patent law firm located in central Tokyo with a large number of both Japanese and foreign clients.
We are currently seeking native English-speaking staff.
Duties include correspondence with clients (mainly email and phones), managing schedules, simple accounting, and translation.
Candidates should be motivated, able to multitask, and friendly individuals. Please send your resume and a cover letter if interested.
Schedule: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, weekends and Japanese national holidays off. Three month trial period. (Negotiation possible depending on visa status etc.)Transportation expenses total amount supply. Annual holiday with pay. Bonus. Social insurance perfection.
