BE FORWARD CO., LTD. is a Japanese car exporter based in Chofu, Tokyo.
We have been providing quality secondhand vehicles for our overseas customers for many years.
We are currently looking for multilingual sales staffs who are interested in dealing with overseas customers by email and phone.
Candidates must possess a good working ethic and basic computer skills.
Any sales experience in English and / or second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Burmese, Mongolian and Russian is preferable but not an essential.
Also person with good knowledge and experience in marketing will be a bonus point.

Job description
The content of the work is mainly focused on customer service by e-mail and telephone.
We also negotiate the price with overseas customers on their replies.
As we use various templates for emailing to customers, it is easy to get used to the work in our office.
It would be very challenging for you to work with us in the global environment.
