Roles and Responsibilities:
• Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region
• Handle customer cases, triage the inbound caseload and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases
• Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available
• Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development
• Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
• Conduct user training
• Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management

• ホテル、レストラン、スパ・フィットネスクラブ向けのシステムサポート/システム導入(海外出張あり)
• 顧客からの要望や質問などのケースの処理や優先度に応じた対応、上位へのエスカレーションとエスカレーションしたケースのレビュー
• エンドユーザに向けてのトレーニングの実施
• 新しいバージョンや製品がリリースされた際にその内容を学ぶ意思のある方
• 顧客からの機能強化や開発などのリクエストについてエキスパートと連携できる方
• サポート/システム導入チームと協力して、サービスレベルの向上に努められる方
• その他関連業務に必要に応じて臨機応変に対応する

Main Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality PMS, POS products, together with the associated customer training
• Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS and Spa systems; management experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
• Familiar with Oracle PL/SQL. Professional certification is preferable
• Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams
• Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time

応募資格
• 最低2年のPOSまたはホテルシステムのサポートまたは導入、設定経験、併せてエンドユーザ向けトレーニング実施経験
• ホテルシステムやスパシステムを含むホスピタリティ製品、業界における業務経験; ホスピタリティ業界におけるマネジメント経験があると尚可
• Oracle PL/SQLの経験。資格があれば望ましい。
• 顧客や社内の他部署とのコミュニケーションが取れる方
• 出張に抵抗がない方、長期出張が多くても問題ない方

Language Requirements:
• Good at English Business communication and written skills for international customers.
• Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken
