We are a rapidly growing mobile game development studio, with our flagship app becoming the #1 RPG in over 100 countries and getting over 20 million downloads. Currently, we are taking the first steps into launching our very own premium fashion brand inspired by games, manga and anime. We are seeking passionate fashion designers to help us build this new brand from the ground up!

Job Description:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has initiative, has a strong sense of ownership, is flexible, and willing to take on tasks outside their comfort zone.
You will be responsible for the design process of all apparel products primarily for Women, from initial concept through to fabric development, pattern handover, fittings, and production finalization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Research global trends in fashion, including but not limited to trends in fabrics, trim, fit, and other raw materials.
- Develop proposals for product lines for each collection or season, complete with style boards, mood boards, mock ups and sketches for each product line.
- Shop and perform research on competitors or benchmark brands.
- Advocate for your design ideas by presenting to internal leadership.
- Selection of fabric and trim.
- Create and execute size specs and tech packs.
- Oversee pattern and sample development.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with manufacturers and garment suppliers.
- Organize fitting sessions and provide fit comments to ensure proper fit and quality.

Position Requirements:
- Work Experience in the Clothing Fashion Industry (Apparel Design), specifically with experience in Women’s clothing design.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and able to do CADs, tech packs and linesheets.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fabrics, and apparel manufacturing processes.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves
- Any graphics design experience.
- Any experience in non-apparel product design, such as accessories, bags, etc.
- Japanese or Chinese Language ability.

Selection Process:
1. Trial Task Fashion Designer are required to create fashion designs.
2. Interview (1-2 rounds)
