NOVA Holdings Co.Ltd. is looking for an Offsite instructor Support staff as below conditions.

Position details:
Advertising of new courses to our instructor pool
Arranging instructors for offsite lessons and preparation for these lessons
Scheduling of instructors
HR / Admin (Contracts, invoices, etc)
Maintenance and updating of Databases - data entry
Daily operations and problem solving
Working closely with Corporate Service and Sales staff
Provide quick follow up on daily tasks (rescheduling, lesson cancellations etc)
Ensure speedy and quality response to instructor requests and concerns
Ensure speedy and quality response to Urgent offsite ( train delays, instructor sickness etc)

Requirements:
Must have experience of operations and HR
Must have customer service skills and experience
Must have strong communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with Instructors, even via email or on the phone. Ability to work and communicate smoothly with Japanese staff, many of whom speak little or no English.
Able to multitask and coordinate various activities on a daily basis
Able to work in a team and be result oriented
Detail focused: An ability to work methodically, logically and inclusive of the many small details involved in the off-site lessons and processes. A person with an excellent memory and ability to take ownership of all parts of a process and see it through to its full conclusion.
Strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Interested in building new skills and working in a strong, dynamic team.

Conditions:
Location: Tennozu Isle HQ Office, but also visiting Learning Studios
Pay: 13,000 a day + transportation.
Enrolled in Shakai Hoken
Paid vacation days after fixed period of service
Start date: August or September
Duration: Minimum 1 year. Maximum 2 years.
Work hours: 10:00 – 19:00.
Work days: Monday – Friday. Weekends and National Holidays off.
