Technical Staff / Engineers for Hydroelectric Power Plant（到期)

About the Company:
Our mission is to generate hydroelectric power and safely deliver electricity to homes and businesses. We develop the monitoring and controlling system for dams. We also make fully custom-made water turbines and generators for hydroelectric power plants. Also, our technological capabilities are being demonstrated everywhere, including substations and underground substations. It is a proud job that plays an essential role in society.


We are looking for any of the following (with consideration of your preferences and skills):
① Electrical design / development / testing:
Control equipment planning, development, design, testing, on-site tuning
② Generator design:
Engineering work / electrical design work related to renewable energy power plants and consumer equipment, etc.
③ Generator production control:
Generator design or production control work for hydroelectric power plants
④ System development:
Software development related to energy management system (equipment monitoring/control, electric power transaction)
⑤ Construction management of electrical substations
⑥ Transactions with overseas companies


Application Requirements
* Qualifications
-University Graduate in science or technology
-2 years + of related work experience
-Already have or can obtain a Japanese driver's license or international driver's license
★Occasionally domestic business trips may occur.

*Language skills
-JLPT N2 equivalent or more
Or -Business level communication skills in Japanese

*Welcomed skills:
At least one applicable experience or knowledge in any of the following:
-PLC usage experience
-Switchboard or transmission knowledge
-Production control work for mechanical and electrical equipment
-Hardware/software development
-Control panel design / electrical design
-Experience in construction management related to electrical and mechanical work
-Business Transactions with overseas companies

Annual income:
3.5 to 7 million yen and total payment for overtime work
Age and experience will be considered favorably
Salary increase: Once a year / Bonus: Twice a year

Construction management and overseas business
Fukushima for other departments

Work time:
Full time: 5days a week (Saturday and Sunday off)
8: 30-17: 00 (1-hour break)
Overtime: 20 hours per month on average

【仕事内容】

水を電気に変化させ、家庭や企業等に安全にお届けするまでが私たちの仕事。ダムなら監視・制御システムのシステム自体をつくり、水力発電所ならフルオーダーメイドで水車・発電機を製作。他にも変電所、地下変電所…等、あらゆるところで私たちの技術力が発揮されています。社会に不可欠な役割を担う、誇りある仕事です。

　　　①電気設計・開発・試験
　　　②発電機設計
　　　③発電機の生産管理
　　　④システム開発
　　　⑤施工管理
　　　⑥海外企業との取引

上記のうちいずれかをお任せします(希望や適性を考慮します)

＜具体的には・・・＞
　　　①制御機器の計画、開発、設計、試験、現地チューニング
　　　②再エネ発電所や需要家設備等に係るエンジニアリング業務/電気設計業務
　　　③水力発電所の発電機設計または生産管理業務
　　　④エネルギーマネジメントシステム(設備監視/制御、電力取引)に係るソフトウェア開発
　　　⑤/⑥変電設備における施工管理または海外企業との取引業務

【応募要件】

以下のいずれかの要件を満たす方。

　　　①理工系大学を卒業し、関連業務経験が2年以上ある方
　　　②日本での運転免許や国際免許をお持ちの方、もしくは取得可能な方

※ときどき国内出張が発生します。

日本語レベルN2レベル以上、またはビジネス会話のコミュニケーションが可能な方

【諸条件】

【年収例】
350万円～700万円
※経験・年齢等を考慮の上、給与優遇
◎残業代は100％全額支給
