We are looking for a cook joining our restaurant, HAL YAMASHITA Tokyo (Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi) and NADABAN by HAL YAMASHITA(Tokyo Midtown,Hibiya).
We welcome those who have interest in Contemporary Japanese Cuisine and Japanese-Western style. As each restaurant gathering attention from Japanese and overseas (increasing day by day), we would like to have your support.
Our CEO & Executive Chef, HAL YAMASHITA is known as one of the most famous Japanese chef, talented in pairing and making the most of each ingredient, bringing them out. We do hope that working at our restaurant would be a great opportunity for you to learn the spirit of his dishes.
