Early Childhood Teacher (English as a first language)（到期)

We are a private international preschool with government funding established in April of 2019.

Our aim is to improve early childhood care and education in a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment.

While we do focus in English education, we strive to enhance communication, social and emotional development for all our students.

We also believe that play provides opportunities for children to learn as they discover, create and improvise by using their imagination while also developing their critical thinking skills. When children play with others, they create social groups, test out ideas, challenge each other’s thoughts and build new understandings as a result.

“Kids first" is our motto. Instead of forcing them to do something, we bring out their interest and desire to learn.

Starting in April 2021, we will have three classes teaching children in combined age groups from 1-2 years old, 3 years old, and 4 to 5 years old.

Teachers would be required to interact with students effectively by expanding their interest and supporting their needs. It is also important that teachers find solutions to problems, while evaluating individual abilities and adjust the lesson plans to the student's levels with the support from our staff members. They are all dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children.

We believe in supporting all our teachers and staff by improving current skills and exceeding expectations. We want to create a healthy work environment for all, where everyone can learn from each other and grow.

●Requirements:
・Fluent in English
・Interest in children development
・Wanting to improve teaching experience
・ Someone who puts children first
・ Experienced in teaching at a preschool is preferable but not required.
