English Customer Service Assistant

【Job description】
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

▶ Tenancy Support
Response to inquiries sent by tenants in English via email and phone call.
Provide Japanese-English translation and interpretation services to tenants and internal departments.

▶ Entrusted Tasks
Provide Japanese-English translation and interpretation services to other real estate agencies.
Provide Japanese-English translation and interpretation services to tenants living in apartments managed by other building management companies.

【Requirements】
《Language knowledge》
Japanese level: Business level or above (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N2 or above)
English level: Business level or above (TOEIC 940 or more)
*Candidates must be Japanese-English bilinguals who write, read, listen, and speak both languages in business manner. We have customers from all over the world. Thus, diverse in your background is a huge plus.

《Computer skills》
Microsoft Office

《Communication skill》
We use Microsoft Teams, email, CRM app, and audio calling app to communicate with colleagues and customers.

【Working hours】
Shift System (9AM-6PM & 12PM-9PM) for 4 days a week or more
8 working hours per day
*Candidates who can work on every Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are welcomed!


【Job location】
Around 10 minutes' walk from Gotanda Station and Osaki Station

【Benefits】
Annual leave, sick leave, family care leave etc... (according to in-house rules)

【Salary/Remuneration】
Salary: 1,500円 per hour
Transportation: Covered up to 40,000 yen a month for those who work 5 days a week. Up to 2,000 yen a day for rest.

【Contract type】
Job Type: Part-time
Probation Period: 3 months
Conditions during the probation period: The same conditions
