Yaruki Switch Career is a recruitment and dispatch agency. We serve as a bridge between our clients and an abundance of high-quality human resources in the Education and Childcare industry, cultivated via our business operations with Yaruki Switch Group. In addition to the recruitment of teachers for English conversation schools, international schools, cram schools, and after-school programs in the Education industry, we also introduce high-quality and well-matched human resources for businesses in fields that require English skills such as hospitality, interpretation, customer service, and tourism. Yaruki Switch Career in association with Yaruki Switch Group is a subsidiary of TBS HOLDINGS, INC., one of Japan's largest television broadcast companies.


◆ Benefits & Compensation

・Starting salary: ¥250,000~ depending on experience

◆ Recruiter Responsibilities

As a Recruiter at Yaruki Switch Group, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support our mission of educational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

**Talent Acquisition**
・Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, and professional networks.
・Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

**Candidate Assessment**
・Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**
・Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and the ideal candidate profile.
・Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process, from initial requisition to final selection.

**Recruitment Process Management**
・Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
・Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.

**Onboarding and Orientation**
・Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

**Data Management and Reporting**
・Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
・Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics.

**Continuous Improvement**
・Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
・Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.


◆ Requirements:

・Native English speaker
・Have at least a 2-year associate degree OR Valid Working Visa
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or N1 level
・Minimum of 2 years of experience as an English conversation teacher or in a related industry
・Ability to commute to our Hacchobori office in Tokyo
・Availability for 1-3 months of on-site training immediately after joining
