描述

New Life Kashima 21 is looking for dedicated Native English Teachers to teach preschool and/or corporate English classes for the school year commencing April 2019.

Renewable one-year contract.

Approximately 1.5 – 3 teaching hours in preschool and approximately 6.5 hours of corporate lessons per week.

This year, corporate lessons are on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Preschool lessons are in the morning with the day varying depending on the needs and schedule of the school.

Teaching materials are provided. Training and assistance is available.

Communicative Japanese ability is preferred in order to work well with Japanese preschool staff. Part time teachers may also be asked to help with weekend events, Halloween, speech contest, etc.

We'd like to work with a person who is good with children, sincere, a team player, organized, and with strong communication skills and the drive to continue to improve their teaching skills.

Candidates should have experience teaching in Japan, especially with children’s education and/or corporate lessons. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Willingness to take and act upon constructive criticism is vital. Successful candidates should be looking to improve their teaching skills.
