Currently, we are looking for a person in charge of recruiting local staff to select overseas investment destinations.
【Job Description/Responsibilities】
Recruitment of local staff for overseas investment development
In particular,
- Examination of optimal recruitment methods in each country
- Contact with human resources agents in each country, negotiations on personnel selection
- Create job vacancies
- Document screening
- Online primary selection
etc.
【Requirements】
・Native-English speaker (education at an English-speaking institution)
・Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
【Welcome】
・at least 2 years of HR experiences
・HR experiences at Consulting company
【Working Hours/Work Place】
*Mon - Fri, 9:30 ~ 17:30
*Akasaka, Tokyo
5 minutes walk from Akasaka station on Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line
【Holidays/ Vacations】
Two days off/week (Saturdays & Sundays), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave (10 days after 6 months of employment)
【Salary】
Annual Salary: ¥3.5M ~ ¥5.0M
* Salary will be decided based on past work experience and ability
* Transportation allowance
* Deemed overtime pay is included
