Are you looking for the occasional chance to supplement your income? Do you have one or more free weekdays you would like to make use of from time to time? Do you want to get your foot in the door of the company that provides more ALTs to Saitama prefecture than any other?

We are looking for people who are ready, willing, and able to substitute for our current teachers when they cannot go to school as assigned. You may be asked to work one day, several days, or possibly a week or more.

Joining our sub team is an extremely flexible role. We will notify you of available shifts which you may freely decline if you've already made plans. If you're available however, you can pick up some supplemental income.

While we are actively considering and registering substitutes throughout the Kanto area, we would be especially interested in talking with people who would be willing to work in northern Saitama, Gunma, Tochigi and Yamanashi.

We train our 'subs' the same way we train our regular employees. When permanent positions become available throughout the school year, we also look at our sub team first. Therefore, there might be the opportunity to turn your sub position into a full-time role.
Being a sub with us won't restrict you from seeking alternative employment either. In fact, we encourage our subs to do so in order to support themselves.

What we require:

• Native English speaker
• Current visa which allows at least part-time work
• Currently residing in the Kanto area
