Company Description:
Global Kigyo is an international content creation and marketing agency based in Tokyo. With a vision to bridge communication and cultural gaps, we adapt and work with the latest trends, creating bespoke services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Our goal is to establish multiple sources of information and marketing opportunities through market intelligence reports and innovative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
• Build and create relationships with prospective clients by conducting cold calls and emails.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Analyze the market to establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics and sales targets to ensure consistent business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
• Conduct effective and professional communication with clients in both English and Japanese.
• Understand client requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the publication process.
• Coordinate with internal teams, such as writers, designers, and editors, to execute client projects effectively.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, accurately conveying client feedback, requests, and specifications.

3. Account Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of client accounts, their business goals, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

4. Client Satisfaction and Retention:
• Proactively address client concerns or issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor client satisfaction metrics and take appropriate actions to maintain long-term relationships.
• Anticipate client needs and provide solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze key account metrics, such as client engagement, revenue, and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and present findings to management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize account management strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales or account management role.
• Native-level bilingual communication skills in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1 level or native speaker).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be based in Japan and able to commute to the office in Minato City, Tokyo.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in PM software (Wrike), CRM software (Salesforce), and/or SharePoint is preferred.
• Knowledge of the publishing industry and/or content marketing

Working Condition:
Office in Minato City, Tokyo
Hours: M-F 9:00~18:00 (includes 1-hour break)
