Asia Concierge is a travel design company specializing in the art of travel to Asia. We provide tailor-made itinerary planning and land arrangement services for luxury individual and group travelers, as well as corporate events and incentives for Fortune 500 companies from all over the globe. We are a passionate and diverse group of individuals committed to service excellence, product innovation and most importantly, loving what we do.

The role:
We are looking for likeminded people to join our Japan office as Travel Designers. Our ‘TDs’ are responsible for putting together creative, innovative and exciting itineraries for our amazing guests. They are also key to building and sustaining relationships with our friendly overseas agents.

Whilst experience is a plus, we are more concerned about finding the right person for this role and for our team. Being passionate, enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn are all essential qualities. We are a fast-growing company, and there will be amazing opportunities for the right person to have a successful and exciting career with us.

What is essential is that you have a good knowledge of and passion for Japan, and a desire to share this through your itineraries.

• Create the very best itineraries in Japan for our well-heeled, well-travelled clients from around the world
• Build and maintain amazing relationships with the travel agents that we work with
• Work with the hippest, hottest and most luxurious hotels and ryokans in Japan
• Collaborate with our product department to identify and create exciting and unique new product to include in our itineraries
• Be creative! Come up with unique ideas, out of the box thinking and ingenious solutions.
