Forest International School OSAKA is an English nursery school located in Tennoji, OSAKA.

We have a pre-school (age 1-3 years) and kindergarten (age 4-6 years).

Summary of this recruitment
・We are looking for someone who can be a classroom teacher starting June 2023. Early start date is not a problem. We will decide upon consultation.
Working conditions will be the same as those for main teachers below, but the new teacher will work as an assistant until the two classes are separated. (Timing to be determined)
While working as an assistant, we provide training to become a main teacher.

Summary of tasks and employment
・One English main class teacher, one Japanese nursery vice class teacher and one assistant are in charge of one class for 18 students.
・We have 5 classes...1-2-year-old, 2–3-year-old (Pre School), 3–4-year-old, 4–5-year old's, 5–6-year-old (Kindergarten)
・All areas of childcare
・Give child education and child nursing in English with loving care.
・Administration of duties and management
・Administration of curriculum and management

Working Conditions
・Working Hours Mon.to Fri. From 8:30 to 17:30(Rest Period 60 minutes)
・Basic salary is 230,000 yen
・Overtime work applicable (17:30-18:00 a few days a week)
・Holidays Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, summer holidays (10 days~), Year-end and New Year holidays (12 days~)
・There is a meeting once a month with all members for about one hour starting at 6:00 p.m.
・There are about two Saturday workdays a year.

Special homecomings leave system is applied. Details are as follows
1, For foreign teachers who have been working for at least 6 months.
2. Only when returning home, the employee may take an extended leave of absence with individual pay in addition to the extended leave designated by the company.
3. Choose a convenient vacation period from the specified periods.
4, Up to two teachers can take a break during the same period.

・Wage increase Every 1 year April 16
(Details shall be decided in consideration of the employees business results)
・Bonus
(Basic amount of bonus shall be calculated based on the understanding level, proficiency level and contribution level in the operation, taking into account the years of service)
・Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, Employment Insurance, Workmen’s Accident Compensation Insurance
・Allowances
 Transportation fee - The company will cover the cost of commuting up to 20,000yen per month.
 Perfect attendance bonus - 10,000yen per month is paid to an employee based on attendance. Deduction occurs if an employee is late, absent or leaves early (paid annual leave excluded). A 3,000yen deduction in the first instance, 6,000yen for a second and the whole amount of 10,000yen for a third.
 Yearly completion bonus - The company shall pay 20,000yen once a year to an employee that has worked for the company for over 6 months and continued to work until the end of the fiscal year (last day of March each year).
