◆Offer:
200,000～250,000 ¥ per month with salary rise depending on skills, qualifications, and performance. Fixed overtime compensation/20 hours of overtime included.

◆Job description
Work shifts. Weekdays 10:00-19:00,Saturday 9:00-18:00. One hour break.
Sunday is a day off, the other day off is determined by the shift　2 days off per week.
Teach up to 2 hours of lessons in nursery schools and kindergartens or prepare materials for English lessons.
Conduct 50-minute English lessons for children between 3-15 years old in classes up to 5 students. Lessons are set with a pre-written plan and syllabus, including suggested activities and games.
Conduct 50-minute English expert lessons to elementary school students, using an individual approach to each student depending on their challenges (reading, writing, discussion, preparation for Eiken/TOEFL).
Look for extra study materials, adapt them to the existing courses and students’ needs while keeping high quality standards and meeting learning goals.
Balance safe and fun atmosphere in the classroom.
Monitor students’ progress, behavior, involvement in the learning process and complete reports.
Perform grading tests and regularly check student’s language level using ASTER exclusive scale.
Build, develop and maintain positive relationship with students, colleagues, Japanese staffers, parents and guardians.
Communicate with colleagues regarding adjustment and improvement of the study management, discuss possible solutions on appearing problems and challenges.
Take part in school promotional and educational activities.
Gain new skills and expand knowledge by participating in teacher training.
Maintain appearance and behavior that serves as a good role model for students.

【Qualification requirements】
-Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree
-Currently residing in Japan
-VISA sponsorship is possible
-Conversational Japanese (JLPT N4)
-Ordinary driving license (preferred)
