2 Hour Kindergarten Teacher（到期)

Seeking a highly energetic individual to teach in a single nursery near Kayabacho. This is a part-time position two hours each day on Tuesdays that you would be dispatched to.

Job Description:
- Teach basic English through songs, games, and simple flash cards to 2~6 year old students.
- 4 blocks of 30 minute lessons (blocked by age) repeated.
- Finish each lesson by reading a picture book in a fun and engaging manner.
- There are event lessons for Halloween and Christmas (no changes to schedule).
- Curriculum (including lesson plans/props) are fully provided.

Required:
- Valid working visa
- Experience teaching young children in Japan
- Able to commit to a year of dates (Apr 2023~March 2024)

Compensation:
- ¥3000/ hour
- Provided with orientation/training at the start.
- Commuting expenses are fully reimbursed.

*Time/Location*
- Tuesdays from 9:40-11:40 near Kayabacho station
- Total of around 35 class dates for the year (depends on events etc)

*Hiring Process*
- After successfully passing the resume screening, candidates will be asked to conduct an initial interview.
- Chosen candidates will then be asked to create a teaching video as part of the final selection, which will be shared with the nursery. Candidates are then given a decision usually a week after.
