*Kansai:
ECC Best Career is looking for part-time and semi-full-time English speaking teachers for elementary or junior high school Assistant Language Teacher positions.
We are looking for a number of teachers that will be placed in schools in the Kansai region.
Working hours:
Semi-full/ full time hours are 8:30-16:00 (M-F) approx.
Part-time hours vary from just 1 day to 4-5 morning shifts per week (half days are 8:30 -12:30)
Semi-full-time and part-time will not include shakai hoken
Payment:
Varies based on location and hours worked.
We have a monthly salary based system of 230,000 - 250,000 yen
Daily payment system of 13,000 - 14,000 yen

You must have a status that enables you to be employed in Japan. We can help with status renewal when needed.
Responsibilities:
Fun, lively activities geared toward communication and cultural awareness.
The classes are pair taught with a Japanese teacher. Teachers will work with onsite staff to ensure that the client's needs are met.
The purpose of ALTs in the public school system is to give young learners exposure to English as a communicative language. The ALTs role should be geared toward interactive pair and group work that focuses on target vocabulary, grammar and on speaking English.

Professional demeanor and mature approach
Well-developed organization and communication skills
Previous teaching experience is an asset
Ability to work as part of a team
