Full-time English Teacher at a new Japanese Nursery

We're planning to launch our 1st nursery at Shinagawa-ku in Tokyo at April 2023.
English nursery "BiBi" is looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic person to join its new school.

You will be teaching English to students from 1 to 2 or 3 to 5 years of age as well as assisting Japanese staff with nursery care duties.
We are especially looking for teachers who love to work with young children. The younger students may require more personal care, such as help washing hands or changing clothes, etc. Applicants must be fluent in English with native level pronunciation and possess a specialist in humanities, spousal or permanent residence visa.

We are looking for a cheerful and enthusiastic teacher able to teach fun lessons and can be part of a team.

◆Working Shift
Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00 or 8:30 to 17:30 or 9:00 to 18:00 (1H break time included)

◆Holidays
Saturdays and Sundays and most public holidays.
GW, Summer holiday, Winter holiday.

◆Qualifications/ Skills: (these are preferable but not required)
・Teacher's license for nursery school, kindergarten, elementary school, or any child care license is preferable.
・Experience working at pre-school, after-school or English conversation school is preferable.

◆Offer(Salary/fee/Benefit)
Full-time position on a one year contract, which can be extended each year. However there is the possibility to become a permanent employee after just one year in the company *Depending on performance*

・Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 to ¥250,000 (Negotiable depending on experience / Opportunity to recieve a raise each year, depending on performance）
・Transportation expenses

Probation period: 3 months
