[Job description]

Shangri-La, Tokyo is looking for passionate professionals for roles such as Assistant Manager, Captain and / or Associate for our Restaurant and Lobby Lounge outlets.

・Provide excellent and sincere service in our Food & Beverage outlets at all times through a friendly, courteous manner and helpful attitude, extending beyond guests’ expectation.
・Continuously strive to improve service quality through guest feedback and maintain service attitude that reflects Shangri-La core values.
・Assist any other tasks as specified by his/her Manager and be proactive in taking initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
・Attain thorough knowledge of all menu items and standard operating procedures.
・Maximize profits, maintain Food & Beverage service quality, ensure guest satisfaction and lead/train the team (Assistant Manager).
