Responsibilities:
1. To accompany the Director and participate in meetings, events, business/family travel (both domestic and overseas) and be responsible for the planning and arrangement of related travel itineraries.
2. Handle some personal and business-related matters of the Director
4. Have an interest in travel and fine dining, such as take initiative to research on nice restaurants/hotels, plan travel itineraries etc.
5. Attention to detail with good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
6. Good coordination skills as this role requires lots of coordination
6. Be flexible, hardworking, and willing to adjust working hours
7. Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, discreet and honest
8. Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy
Requirements:
*minimum 3 years related experience in top financial institution or sizable company as assistant or admin role OR
*minimum 3 years related experience in concierge team within 5-star hotels or as cabin crew
*Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese
