Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for new members for our facility staff team.
Facility staff position:
We're looking for a well-experienced facility manager to work in any of our managing properties in and around Tokyo area. Candidates for this position are required to have capability maintaining and repairing property assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in reading and writing in both Japanese and English;
- Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel;
- Valid visa.
Working hours: 8:30~17:30
Holidays: 2 days/week (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays
Location: in and around Tokyo (including Yokohama)
We also have positions available in Osaka and Kobe.
Monthly salary:
Manager: JPY270,000~JPY300,000
Assistant: JPY240,000~JPY 280,000
Transportation expenses will be refunded in full.
We offer housing for reduced rent to those who qualify.
Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
For the face-to-face interview, a resume (education background, business experiences, visa status, etc.) in Japanese or English is required.
