Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for new members for our engineering team.

Facilities Engineer:
We're looking for a well-experienced facility engineer to work in any of our managing properties in and around Tokyo area. Candidates for this position are required to have capability maintaining and repairing property assets.

Electrical Engineer/HVAC:
We're also searching well-experienced electrical engineers versed in HVAC. This position covers maintaining, repairing, and improving electrical instruments and facilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in reading and writing in both Japanese and English;
- Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel;
- Valid visa.

Working hours: 8:30~17:30
Holidays: 2 days(Saturday and Sunday)/week and national holidays
Location: Headquarters are located in Shinjuku.

Monthly salary: JPY280,000～JPY320,000
Transportation expenses will be refunded in full.
We offer housing for reduced rent to those who qualify.
Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.
