We are MUSASHI, one of the top three high-end Japanese knife brands in Tokyo, with over 50,000 loyal fans worldwide. We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our team at the main store in Asakusa and the newly opened branch near Senso-ji Temple.
The primary role is in sales, and proficiency in English for seamless communication is desired. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for Japanese traditional culture. Priority will be given to those who are bilingual or have relevant experience.
①The main store is located at Asakusa Kappabashi. The first floor specializes in knife sales, while the second floor is dedicated to Japanese sake.
②The 2nd branch is situated in a highly trafficked area near Senso-ji Temple.
③The 3rd branch is situated close to the main store, on the Kappabashi street.
⚫️Regarding compensation:
・A compensation of ¥3000 will be paid to those who do not pass the first day of trial.
・If you do pass the trial, you will enter a training period, the hourly wage is 1200 Yen (the duration of training depends on your learning pace, with fast learners completing it in 2 weeks).
・The base salary ranges from 1300 to 1500 Yen per hour, depending on your understanding of knives and your contribution to the overall store. Fast learners can reach the maximum hourly wage within 2-3 months.
・After working with us for 3-6 months, we provide full-time employment and visa sponsorship. All benefits comply with Japanese labor laws, including paid holidays and bonuses three times a year, making our overall package more favorable than traditional companies.
Over 90% of our employees are foreigners from various parts of the world, totaling around 50 individuals currently. We plan to expand our team to 100 people this year.
We aim to expand at a rate of 2-4 stores per year, and we prefer individuals who are committed to long-term collaboration, growth, and take their work seriously.
・Additionally, we have plans to open Japanese sake bars, hotels, and other real estate-related ventures in the future.
