Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) in Saitama Pref.（期限切れ）

We are currently looking for Assistant Language Teachers to work at public schools in the Saitama Prefecture - available to start work late August 2022 or April 2023. Please be sure to indicate your availability in your application! Overseas candidates are welcomed. Training will be provided by our friendly and tight knit staff. We do our best to help new comers get settled and comfortable.

As an ALT, you will be working in public schools as the native speaker of English, assisting Japanese teachers with English classes and activities. We are looking for friendly and dedicated individuals who are open to different ways of thinking. An interest in working with children is a must!

As an ALT, you are required to:
Be able to commit to at least one academic year
Be a native English speaker
Hold a bachelor's degree or higher
Love to work with children (elementary to jr. high school level)
Be friendly and able to get along with Japanese people
Be able to speak conversational Japanese (preferred but not required)

Work Compensation:
Salary: between 200,000JPY – 230,000JPY (depending on placement location)
Transportation Allowances: available (limits apply)
Work Hours: Weekdays, starting around 8:00am and endling before 5:00pm
