Tuesday Kindergarten Position @Azamino (Denentoshi line) w/ Quality Lesson Plans（期限切れ）

Step By Step English School is a craft English language school for kids and we are completely run by foreigners. We focus on having FUN lessons with with a "step by step" approach to methodically teach English. We believe in cutting out any managers who interact with parents for the benefit of the teacher's salary. Therefor we require a native teacher who can interact with parents and other Japanese teachers in Japanese while keeping the actual lessons English only.

Job Overview:
An average of 35 Tuesdays a year at a Kindergarten near Azamino. 4000 yen per hour base wage. 6.5 paid hours of work per day (26,000 yen) + transportation.
The day is divided into a morning class and an afternoon class.

Morning class:
1 hour of play time outside with the kindergartners. There will be lots of running around and interacting with the kids. There is no structure, you just play :)
30 minutes of a large group lesson (30-60 kids)

Afternoon classes:
5 hours of group lessons (2-7 kids per class) using our custom-crafted curriculum.

Lesson preparation:
All lesson plans, flashcards, games, materials, etc. are provided by the school. You will not have to think of activities to do, etc. Everything is prepared for you. The teaching method is unique, so please be prepared to adapt to our system. Once you understand the system everything is easy-peasy.

Quarterly Bonus:
Starting in April, there will be a quarterly bonus on top of your hourly pay based on how many students you retain (50 yen per student per lesson). We believe in compensating popular teachers who keep the students coming back. This per student amount increases every year. If you are looking for a high-paying long term job, look no further. We also operate other schools on other days.
