English Teacher (Nagoya)（期限切れ）

For Full-time or Part-time English Teacher

Liber International has a full-time and part-time position available from April 2022 and from February 2022 (Saturday). We are looking for a reliable, energetic teacher who loves children and is genuinely interested in teaching to join our bright team.

Successful candidates must have native English fluency, have the ability to work with a wide range of ages and possess good communication skills, be approachable, and open-minded to cultural differences. The candidate must also be creative and have a willingness to learn Liber’s teaching methods in addition to improving their own teaching skills, but enthusiasm and a love for children are paramount.

• Able to plan classes based on curriculum.
• Prepare materials and activities. Organizational skills and creativity are essential.

• Assign homework and interesting exercises.
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.
• Able to run a class of 15-18 young children with co-teacher.
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior.
• Able to connect with kids and have trained yourself to be and organized, effective teacher.
• acutely aware of environmental dangers and risks to children, i.e. at park, during free play, meal time, etc.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience.

Requirements

• English - Native Level
• A patient and resilient personality
• Dedication to students and education
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• Previous experience as an English teacher
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• BA/BS Degree from a university where English is the primary language; all majors accepted.
• Completion of elementary, secondary, and university education primarily in English only.
• Deep understanding of the national curriculum and English language requirements.

Kinder Course & Preschool
Working Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are off except for Sports Day, Seasonal Events, Field Trips and Graduation.
Monthly salary: JPY 250,000 to JPY 280,000
Transportation fee: covered by the company

Saturday Course
Working Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm
Working Days: Saturday
Training salary: JPY 12,000 per workday
Monthly salary: JPY 50,000
Transportation fee: covered by the company

After Class Kakuozan Tree house
Working Hours 2:00pm – 7:00pm
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Monthly salary: JPY 200,000
Transportation fee: covered by the company
