①Application Engineer
This is a position for a software engineer who will grow our core business product.
This is a service that helps reduce the workload and prevent accidents at childcare facilities by "watching over children with a camera", and can solve social issues by leveraging our technological capabilities.
You will work on developing functions based on user feedback and realizing stable operation to ensure safe and reliable use of the service.

・Review, proposal, and hypothesis verification of new functions and improvement plans

・Application design, development and operation
└ Android applications using React Native, Expo

《Camera-based monitoring system for safety and security at childcare sites》
By installing a ceiling camera mainly in a nursery school, AI detects the posture of multiple people with one camera, and alerts them via an app when children are lying on their stomachs.
In addition, an automatic recording function supports the work of checking for nocturnal sleep, allowing nursery workers to spend more time with the children.

②Backend Engineer
This is a web engineer position that focuses on building DB and API to realize PMF for a new business, DX service for nursing care facilities.
You will work on the construction and development of the architecture and backend system to keep running quick hypothesis testing while operating mission-critical systems safely and securely.
Together with the CTO and the lead engineer, you can challenge policy formulation and technology selection with your own discretion.

③Infrastructure Engineer
Infrastructure Engineer supporting mission-critical systems for a new business, DX services for nursing homes.
You will support quick hypothesis testing by building and maintaining a quick, secure, and safe environment according to the customer's environment (on-premise and cloud).
You will also work as a system architect to optimize processing speed, cost and performance through design and analysis.
Together with the CTO and the lead engineer, you can challenge policy formulation and technology selection with your own discretion.

We are planning to develop a call center function to connect multiple facilities in order to realize regional nursing care coordination.

【予定年収】
①アプリエンジニア：400万～800万（年俸制12分割／月給33万円～66万円）
②バックエンドエンジニア：400万～800万（年俸制12分割／月給33万円～66万円）
③インフラエンジニア：600万～1000万（年俸制12分割／月給50万円～83万円）
④ネットワークエンジニア：400万～800万（年俸制12分割／月給33万円～66万円）
